We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in St. Petersburg. The location was ideal, as it was very close to all the main activities and attractions we wanted to see. The hotel was situated on a nice quiet street, yet still within walking distance to the center of the city. We were able to easily explore the main sights such as the Hermitage and Nevsky Prospect. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

Centrally located, clean and quiet. Helpful staff, creating a great atmosphere. Special thanks to Inna, Ruslan and Olga. Conveniently near attractions, subway, and dining options. Comfy rooms, 24/7 coffee/tea/cookies, and delightful breakfast. Hope to return one day!

The staff for the most part was very helpful, if you had a question, they worked hard to find an answer if they did not know. The location was also very close to the main drag needed to explore.

For some reason, the suite (room for two) had only 1 towel and 1 robe. Amazing.

Comfort Hotel exceeded our expectations during our stay in Saint Petersburg. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and the metro. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel. our experience at Comfort Hotel was excellent.

The location of the Hotel is very close to many city highlights. Noise was not a problem, even though we stayed in a corner room, third floor. Rooms have internet access. My room even had a computer. The room was spacy.

Relation between price and hotel facilities. Breakfast should be improved, otherwise it should be advertised as continental breakfast.

It's a little noisy from the street, but it's from a stranger.

Very comfort rooms with nice breakfest and free hot/cold drink which is realy nice (mainly when outside it is so cold at winter time). Staff were very helfull, English speakers, and willing to help in any need. Somone thoght about small details in this hotel - heated floor in BR, comfort bad, space in the room, comfort desk. Higly recommended hotel is you look for home like style. And the location....the best with walking distance to main city atractions includs theaters, cathedrals, main street, crossing the bridges and on.

Wow! What a great find! The hotel had a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff was extremely helpful and always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved that they had a 24/7 coffee machine and water available, it was a lifesaver after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also a great way to start the day. We were pleasantly surprised that they offered a good variety of dishes.

Great little hotel in the heart of St Petersburg. The location was excellent, short walk to Hermitage, Nevsky Prospect, the Neva River, etc. The room had everything we needed: comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV, in-room safe, private bathroom. Very simple, no frills hotel. Simple complimentary breakfast but, very enjoyable.

Rooms were quite small but, not a big deal. Thin walls.

Our room was completely innovated, location was wonderful (close to the city center, but not noisy), very comfortable and quite.

The innovations made to our room had a contra-side: almost nobody from the staff knew how to use a new shower-cabin (it included many functions). I advise to: 1) hold a training to the whole staff on this equipment, 2) place an instruction on its usage to the information book in the room.
